This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the gcup4 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and gcup4 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the website at https://gcup4.cam (the "Site").
By accessing or using the gcup4 platform — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gcup4 platform and close your account. Continued use of the Site after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on gcup4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
gcup4 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. If you are found to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — all Accounts will be closed, all balances forfeited, and you will be permanently barred from the Platform. This includes Accounts registered with different email addresses or phone numbers by the same individual.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTP) with any third party. gcup4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat so that appropriate security measures can be applied.
gcup4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum Deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit subject to your payment provider's own transaction caps and our internal risk controls.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are credited to the same payment method used for the most recent Deposit, subject to matching name verification. gcup4 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:
All funds deposited into a gcup4 Account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. gcup4 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of ongoing compliance obligations under applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the gcup4 platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x15, x20) indicating the number of times the bonus amount must be staked in qualifying bets. For example, a RM100 bonus with a x20 wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in qualifying bets before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general guide: video slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack may contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution rates for each game or category are published on the promotions page and may be updated from time to time.
While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum allowable single bet is MYR 300, unless a different limit is specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in each promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Unused or un-wagered Bonus Funds will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
gcup4 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of low-edge games to clear wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
All sports bets — including pre-match, in-play, and Mix Parlay bets on markets such as EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions — are subject to the specific betting rules published on the relevant market page. Odds are quoted in decimal format and reflect the total return per MYR1 staked, inclusive of the stake.
gcup4 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, matches affected by proven match-fixing, technical malfunctions, or where a bet has been accepted in error after a market should have been suspended.
All casino games — including live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), video slots, fishing games, and crash titles — are operated under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live studio environments. Published RTP figures are indicative averages over extended play sessions and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a connection failure during a live game round, the outcome will be determined based on the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection. gcup4 is not liable for losses attributable to a Player's own internet connection or device failure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gcup4 platform. Breach of this clause constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations, gcup4 requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC may also be triggered at other points during a Player's account lifecycle at the Company's discretion.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents will result in immediate Account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform without prior written consent from gcup4.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gcup4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses of winnings, profits, data, or opportunity.
Without limiting the foregoing, gcup4 shall not be liable for: losses attributable to service interruptions, technical failures, force majeure events, or acts of third-party service providers; decisions made by Players based on information or odds displayed on the Platform; or gambling outcomes (whether favourable or otherwise) resulting from any game or bet.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
gcup4 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account and withhold or void associated balances where a Player has:
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions have been met.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gcup4 platform that cannot be resolved amicably through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration institution, as determined by gcup4.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be conducted in English. gcup4 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems necessary to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
gcup4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the gcup4 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.
